After Checkout

Immediately after checkout you will be able to review your order by logging-in to your account.  To do this, simply visit the home page, and click on log-in at the upper left hand corner of the screen.  From there you will be able to see all details on your account as well as all past orders.

Cancellation of Orders

All orders can be cancelled within the first 12 hour period after ordering.  This cancellation must be done via email info@exquisitebag.com  After the 12 hour period, it is not possible to cancel an order.  However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy.

Return Policy

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.

If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately.  Please note, we can not accept open packages.  All bags must come back with the same wrapping originally in place. 

We will then provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.

Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.

• Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
• A list of the replica product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
• The reason for the return of the products
